Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Scovant ("Service"), operated by Scovant ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scovant is a platform that evaluates, simulates, and monitors the compatibility of websites with AI agents. The Service includes compatibility scanning, browser-based simulation, CI regression detection, and a public showcase of verified sites.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid account from a supported identity provider (Google or GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Workspaces and Plans

The Service offers a Free plan with base usage limits; recurring monthly subscription plans — Monitor, Team, and Business — that add higher limits, monitoring features, a monthly credit allowance, and, on the higher tiers, an amount of included scan and simulation usage; and an Enterprise plan with custom limits arranged individually. Scans, simulations, and fix plans are enabled by credits, available as one-time credit packs that any workspace can purchase; credits never expire. Plan details and current pricing are available on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with 30 days’ notice to affected customers.

5. Payment and Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and compliance on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle’s terms of service. Credit packs involve no recurring billing. The Monitor, Team, and Business plans are recurring monthly subscriptions, also processed by Paddle; you may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Stopping Use and Account Deletion

Credit packs require no cancellation: you may simply stop using the Service at any time, and unused credits remain available in your workspace. If you subscribe to a recurring plan (Monitor, Team, or Business), you may cancel it from Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the current billing period; credits already received remain yours. You may delete your account from Settings; deletion is permanent and anonymises your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Workspaces with other members, an unspent credit balance, or a managed plan must be transferred or resolved with support before deletion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have authorization to test; (b) attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures; (c) use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our consent; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service or other users’ access.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the Company. Scan results, scores, and reports generated for your websites belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that scan results are complete, accurate, or error-free. Agent readiness scores are advisory and do not constitute a certification or guarantee of AI agent compatibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
