Technical Readiness

Definition

A 0–100 rating of a site's passive, machine-facing signals, computed with the open R2 formula from evidence any scanner can collect.

Context

Technical Readiness covers what can be read without acting: crawler policy, sitemaps, structured data, machine-readable interfaces and their declared semantics. Because both the formula and the evidence are open, anyone running the open-source Scovant Core scanner can reproduce the number. It is shown beside Agent Readiness, never in place of it — a site can be technically clean and still fail the task an agent came to do.
