+Do you check Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) support?
Yes — Scovant is one of the first third-party scanners for UCP, the open standard for agentic commerce published at ucp.dev. We validate the /.well-known/ucp profile, its schema, and the declared capabilities (Checkout, Order, Identity Linking, Payment Token Exchange). UCP is its own top-level scoring category — findings appear in the UCP section of your scan report. See ucp.dev/specification/overview for the spec.
+How do credit packs work?
Buy a pack of credits. Every scan, every simulation (script or AI agent), and every fix plan debits 1 credit per run (AI Agent runs debit 1 credit per agent selected). Credits never expire.
+Do credits expire?
No. Once purchased, credits stay in your workspace until consumed.
+What happens if a run fails?
Platform failures (Bedrock timeout, our infra) refund the credit automatically. Site failures (cart never updates, missing aria-label) consume the credit. Only credits you bought are refundable — free and bonus credits aren't.
+Which AI agents power simulations?
A multi-model catalog, all via AWS Bedrock cross-region inference profiles: Claude Sonnet 4.6 and Claude Haiku 4.5 (Anthropic), Nova Pro (Amazon), Llama 3.3 70B (Meta), Gemma 3 27B (Google), Ministral 3 14B (Mistral), DeepSeek V3.2, Qwen3-Next 80B (Alibaba), gpt-oss 120B (OpenAI), and Nemotron Super 3 120B (NVIDIA). Pick one agent or run several in parallel; your Agent Readiness reflects how many of the agents you run can actually complete the purchase.
+What happens if I run out of credits?
We return HTTP 402 with your current balance and required amount. Buy another pack from Settings → Billing, or wait for your next Monitor drip.
+What payment methods do you accept?
Card and ACH via Paddle. Enterprise plans support invoicing.
+Is there a limit on the number of workspaces?
No artificial limit. Workspaces are free; you only pay for sites + scans + simulations in each.
